FIDM Digital Media Grad & TV Director Manny Loya

Manny Loya is the Creative Director/Head Producer/Director of Production of the Eddie Bravo Invitational, a submission only Jiu Jitsu tournament. Manny got into Television the month after graduating from FIDM with a Digital Media Associate of Arts Degree where he learnt 3D animation, motion graphics, sound design, and editing. It was time for him to put what he learnt to the test, which wouldn’t be easy. Manny said that working as the Director of the tournament was stressful as it was down to him to make the show run smoothly. But with the skills he learnt at FIDM and creating a relationship with his team, he was able to produce a successful show. While a student at FIDM, he didn’t think he would be a Television Editor, but Manny now loves his job and doesn’t want to stop doing what he’s doing.
